What we collect
Your name, contact details, and any photographs and treatment details you send through the consultation form or by message. During treatment we also keep clinical notes, consent forms and progress photographs.
Why we collect it
To prepare your quote, to treat you safely, and to keep the records a clinic is required to keep. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your photographs
Photographs you send are stored in a private, access-controlled folder — not in a shared inbox. We will never publish a photograph of you, on this website, on social media or anywhere else, without your separate written consent. Consenting to treatment is not consenting to publication; they are two different forms. You can withdraw publication consent at any time and we will remove the image.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are kept for [[RETENTION_PERIOD]] as required. Consultation enquiries that do not become appointments are deleted after [[ENQUIRY_RETENTION]]. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing info@inkwasher.com, and we will confirm once it is done.
Your rights under PIPEDA
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent. Contact info@inkwasher.com. If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
